How to Remove Moles With Hydrogen Peroxide

Skin moles are types of lesions that can be present at birth or develop over time. Most skin moles are benign, but some are a sign of skin cancer. Even if you do not have a problem mole, you may want to remove it for aesthetic reasons. Maybe it is highly visible or in an inconvenient place. Surgical mole removal can be expensive, so many people try to remove them at home. Hydrogen peroxide can help in your mole removal.


1. See your health care provider about your skin mole. Have him verify that the skin mole is not cancerous or infected. Proceed only if your health care provider has given you a clean bill of health.

2. Dip a cotton ball or cotton swab into hydrogen peroxide. Apply it directly to the skin mole. It may sting a bit.

3. Repeat frequently throughout the day. Four to five times a day will be enough.
